WeSmile is an innovative startup aiming to enhance the photobooth experience. We achieve this by using generative AI modules to create fully personalized outputs, making sure everyone has a great time. Users get to create their own unique images, and each event gets its own special theme and output. Laughter and smiles are a big part of the experience, bringing participants and events closer together. Our approach goes beyond the usual, creating stronger connections between companies/brands and attendees.
The Pulsed Academy website has undergone a comprehensive redesign for 2023. This update introduces a refined interaction design and an intuitive user interface, enhancing the overall user experience. The improved navigation and modern aesthetics make accessing educational programs and resources more efficient. I was asked to revamp the digital experience to match Pulsed branding.
Uday Studios is cultural curators shaping the future of film and media through compelling content that entertains, inspires, and empowers diverse audiences. I was asked to partial design and fully develop its 2023 version website.
The prototype works in a form of installation design, where the user is having a conversation with the installation and from it, the installation generates media that fits into the marketing campaigns. With a structured prototype, only the message that wants to be sent is being changed, while all other factors and usability remains the same, resulting a low cost, efficient, tailored personalised marketing campagins not only for brands but also for consumers.
The concept explores the idea "Can we imagine a future in which buildings are intelligent and interactive?" With Fontys Hogeschool ICT I designed and developed a Dyanmic Identity for the buildings.
What if people can visualize their thoughts? If we can see how busy our mind is at all times, if we can see how everything around us is pushing us around rather than us staying still and watching everything happening around us, it might increase our awareness of ourselves. The installation acts as a medium that helps user disidentify from the thoughts and in return for a more conscious, mindful life.
On the surface the user seems to be having a seemingly basic conversation with the building, while in a deeper sense, the building is guiding the user to realise the essence of meditation, which is, seeing their thoughts, turning the invisible subconscious mind into tangible object, realising its existence consciously letting it go.
Makes Sense was inspired by the pain points of "working from home" during covid-19, where people spend 8 hours a day in front of laptop screen, isolated. Paring with the idea of combining triggering factors to influence emotions to unconsciously lift up users emotions while working in a mundane space. It uses a combination of hardware (in the form of a 3D printed plant pot that contains LEDs, ultrasonic diffusers and a smart speaker all driven by an Arduino microprocessor), software (artificial intelligence to detect and track mood over time) and a custom dashboard to achieve this goal.
